Lord Allah has not set up any ‘Baheerah’ or ‘Saaebah’ or ‘Wasweelah’ or ‘Haam’, but indeed the disbelievers are forging lies upon Allah, and most of them are not utilizing their intelligence.
These were the superstitious evil customs that existed among the Meccan pagans during Messenger's time concerning the cattle. They were claiming that since their forefathers were following such customs, these customs are commanded by Lord as explained in verse 7: 28. Lord sent down the Light Adhikr through Messenger Muhammad as told in verses 7: 157-158 to annihilate all evil customs and unload the life burden of mankind they are suffering. But the Meccan pagans, Jews, and Christians rejected verses after hearing and were following in Satanic footsteps as explained in verses 4: 119-120.
Today the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who read these verses are having much more evil customs than other people. They are serving Satan and are following in his footsteps as explained in verses 2: 257 and 4: 50-51. They are worse than the disbelievers during Messenger's time since the Book was not codified for them. These worthless creatures Fujjar will be dragged prone on their faces into Hell, and they are in the worst place and they are the most strayed as explained in verses 2: 18 and 25: 33-34. It is not the Impartial Lord who put the Fujjar into Hell, instead, it is the read, heard, and touched verses that will argue and witness against them and push them into Hell.
